2NDFLOOR is a confidential and anonymous helpline for New Jersey's youth and young adults. We are here to help you find solutions to the problems that you face and we are available 24/7 365 days a year.

Volunteering at 2NDFLOOR isn't just answering helpline calls; it can be so much more! Each opportunity allows for creativity, flexibility, and encourages our volunteers to use their unique talents, interests and resources. There are so many ways to help...each one makes a difference. Donate
Every single day, thousands of New Jersey's children, teens and young adults face problems ranging from family struggles and bullying to child abuse and suicide. But with your help, we can make sure that all young people have a free, safe place to turn regardless of the issue or severity.
On average, a $10.00 donation allows a 2NDFLOOR phone counselor to answer 5-7 calls. By making a one time or monthly donation, you can help us answer the call—every day. Click here to help.
