2NDFLOOR is a confidential and anonymous helpline for
New Jersey's youth and young adults. We are here to help you find solutions to the problems that you face at home, at school or at play.

If you are between the age of 10 and 24, live in New Jersey, and need to talk about an issue or problem that you are facing call 2NDFLOOR at (888) 222-2228.

And, if you aren't from New Jersey, please call your local United Way or 211 for assistance and support.

But remember, if you have an emergency and need police or medical assistance, always immediately call your local police or dial 911.

And, if you aren't ready to talk but are looking for support, post a message at 2NDFLOOR stuff. The message board will provide you with ideas, thoughts and insight from 2NDFLOOR staff as well as from your peers. And remember, if you have an emergency, always dial 911.
